03  Offline Gift Voucher Conditions of use

-The voucher entitles the bearer to redeem products of the equivalent value in Corporate Membership with UP Technologies International Pte Ltd only.
-Any return product purchased using this voucher can only be exchanged for another product of a lower or equivalent value.
-Damaged or defaced voucher or copies of voucher will not be accepted.
-Voucher value has to be redeemed in full and no partial redemption is allowed.
-Voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and not replaceable if lost under any circumstances.
-UP Technologies International pte Ltd reserves the right of final decision to refuse the use of any voucher in any cases of dispute.
